Sarah entered clinical practice as a professional counselor in 2012. She is an Army wife and mother of seven. She has a passion for combining neuroscience with evidence-based counseling interventions to help her clients achieve lasting life change. She is Gottman trained with DBT and CBT certifications. She works with men, women and the LGBT community, age 16 and older, for individual therapy, marriage and family counseling, and offers weekend psycho-educational training courses.  She has experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She has a passion for working with Veterans as well as military personnel and their families. In her spare time, she loves to read, hike, and can occasionally be found hiding from her children and eating chocolate or caramel popcorn in her closet.
